How do I sign up for a class?
Open the catalog, choose a course, and add it to your cart. Complete checkout to secure your seat.
Are materials included?
Most beginner courses include basic clay and studio glazes. Advanced classes may require additional clay bodies or specialty glazes, noted in the course details.
What should I bring to my first session?
Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy and closed‑toe shoes. We provide aprons and basic tools on site.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days, we offer studio credit if we can fill your seat from the waitlist.
Can I make up a missed class?
We provide open studio vouchers for one missed session during multi‑week courses, subject to space availability.
Do you offer firing services for non‑members?
Yes. Bisque and glaze firing are available at per‑kilogram rates. Cone ranges and pricing are listed at the studio front desk.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
Most group classes are for ages 14+. Family sessions and private lessons can accommodate younger makers with guardian supervision.
Is the studio accessible?
Our main floor is wheelchair accessible. Please email [email protected] with any access needs so we can prepare accordingly.
Can I use the studio outside class hours?
Members have access during posted open studio hours. Ask about membership options on the About page.
